Is the consultation really free?

Yes, the first consultation is completely free and non-binding. It takes about 30 minutes by video or phone. I look at your website beforehand so we do not start from zero. In the call we talk about where you stand, what you want to achieve and what is realistic. You get an honest first assessment and concrete ideas, even if we do not work together afterwards. It is not a high-pressure sales call: if it is not a good fit, I will tell you openly.

Is there a minimum contract term?

No, neither a contract commitment nor a minimum term. You can end the collaboration at any time, with no notice period. You only pay for the time I actually worked for you. I think that is fair, because good work should be the reason to continue, not a contract. Many agencies lock clients in for six or twelve months. With me you decide every month whether the collaboration is worth it for you.

Can I book just a single hour?

Yes. A single session costs EUR 120 per hour plus VAT and can be booked without a package, a contract or a minimum term. It works well if you want to settle a specific question, need a second opinion on your website or your ads, or plan to carry on yourself. It is billed by invoice. If it turns into ongoing collaboration later, the rate of EUR 69 per hour plus VAT applies.

Why are there three pricing models?

Because the effort is different. In ongoing work I know your project and can plan ahead, which is why that rate is the lowest at EUR 69 net per hour. It covers SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads and GEO. A single hour always starts from zero: read in first, then judge, and do both quickly. That hour is EUR 120 net. An on-site appointment also takes a full block of time plus travel and comes to EUR 150 net per hour. That way you always pay the rate that fits the way we work together.

Do I get an estimate before we start?

Yes. Before the work begins I tell you how many hours I expect and what happens in that time. You know which tasks come first and roughly what they cost. If it looks like it will take more, you hear it in advance and decide whether we continue. Every month you also get a breakdown of what I worked on. You will never get an invoice you did not see coming.

How does an on-site appointment work?

I come to your office, usually for half a day or a full day. Typical reasons are a workshop with the marketing team or a strategy session with everyone at the same table. Beforehand we agree on the topics so I can prepare properly. You pay for the time on site at EUR 150 net per hour, plus the travel fee agreed beforehand. The number of people taking part does not change the price. Tell me briefly what it is about and we will find a date.

How do you charge for travel?

On top of the time on site there is a travel fee based on distance. It is in the proposal before the appointment takes place, and nothing gets added afterwards. I am based in Lünen in the Ruhr area. That makes appointments anywhere in North Rhine-Westphalia straightforward, and they usually fit into a single day. Outside NRW we settle travel and timing up front. Longer distances can call for an overnight stay, and that goes into the proposal as well.

What do I need to bring to work together?

Your business, product or service should be market-ready. I work with existing businesses, not with ideas still in the concept stage. You also need a publicly accessible website, because without one there is nothing to optimize for SEO or Google Ads. To implement changes I need access to your content management system, such as WordPress, Shopify or TYPO3, and where needed to Google Analytics and Search Console. My focus is sustainable growth. I do not offer quick tricks that Google penalizes later.

Which industries do you not work with?

I do not work with the following industries: adult content and pornography, drugs or cannabis, locksmith services, car dealing and car buying, and escort services. I deliberately focus on reputable, sustainable business models. In some of these areas the advertising policies of Google and Meta are also so strict that clean work is hardly possible.
